Position Summary
The Project Executive drives the success of multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring each meets Paradigms standards for quality, schedule, and profitability. The role will also assist with the Operational needs during the preconstruction process. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client, project teams, and company leadership to ensure all projects meet quality, schedule, and financial goals. The Project Executive provides strategic direction, risk management, and leadership to project managers and support staff, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a transparent, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is decisive, collaborative, and confident leading teams through both structure and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for project financial and schedule success
- Own client relationships and ensure project delivery strengthens trust and future partnership.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, schedules and key project documentation.
- Develop project teams through direct mentorship and high-expectation leadership setting clear goals and removing barriers.
- Anticipate and manage risk through proactive planning, team and project engagement, transparent communication, and timely / decisive action.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable building codes and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects.
- Work in alignment with Paradigms EOS leadership model to ensure operational clarity, measurable results, and accountability across teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial construction industry, including at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.Proven experience managing relevant commercial projectsDrive for achieving schedules, deadlines, and objectives.Collaborate to find and implement necessary solutions to break down barriers to achieve project successStrong financial acumen and ability to analyze project costs and forecasts.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore / Autodesk, Bluebeam, Office Suite, Primavera P6 or similar).Bachelors degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is considered a strong asset.Core Competencies
