A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager (Reviewer) to oversee the accuracy and completeness of client-facing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Review all client deliverables for compliance reporting, consulting projects, and plan documentation
Ensure client-friendly communication and identify opportunities for plan enhancements
Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members to improve work quality
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retirement plan compliance, preferably in a TPA or consulting environment
Strong understanding of 401(k) plan operations and ERISA regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
