Experienced Scheduler for Aerospace Programs

Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a talented and driven Program Scheduler to make a significant impact on our Wide Field of View - Tranche 2 program within the Aerospace Systems Business Area.

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing scheduling processes that support vital satellite capabilities for our Space & Missile Defense clients. You will collaborate with Engineering & Integrated Product Teams, program professionals, and key stakeholders at our Solutions Building in Huntsville, Alabama, with a focus on improving program planning and scheduling while meeting contractual obligations and adhering to company policies.

The Program Scheduler will be a key member of the Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) Center of Excellence (COE), where you will help shape the future of scheduling, planning, earned value management, and related toolsets, implementations, training, and oversight.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Leverage advanced scheduling theory to create the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts, ensuring compliance with EVM standards and industry best practices.
• Align resource plans with the IMS to ensure a comprehensive technical, schedule, and cost baseline, including forecasts.
• Develop and analyze what-if scenarios to support program decisions and enhance leadership insights.
• Assist stakeholders with identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
• Implement effective program scheduling methodologies and best practices.
• Generate scheduling artifacts that fulfill contractual and project requirements.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on schedule performance against established baselines to meet project objectives.
• Provide scheduling support for internal and external audits, leading to actionable corrective measures.

Pay Range : $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
