What You Will Do :

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient behaviors, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Work closely with Registered Nurses to report observations and implement care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recoveries.
• Celebrate and support patient victories throughout their healing journey.
