Licensed Liability Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Specialist-E&S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Independently review and analyze auto claims to determine applicable coverages and settlement calculations

Gather documentation to support claimed damages and negotiate settlements based on findings

Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations while documenting and processing claims

Required Qualifications

Adjuster licenses in states requiring them

1-5 years of Commercial and / or Personal Lines Auto experience preferred

College degree preferred

Understanding of Garage Auto / Auto Dealer policy language and endorsements preferred

Industry training / designations preferred
