This position covers the Phoenix, AZ market. For this role, Beauty Educators will be scheduled at multiple Sephora locations within the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
