As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while patrolling retail and mall locations. You will conduct routine patrols, remain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to guests and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.

Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Support access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Assist visitors and tenants with directions or information as needed, maintaining a visible and helpful presence on site.

Minimum Requirements :

Active California Guard Card is Required

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
