The Team

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group consists of over 600 professionals dedicated to assisting clients in managing their domestic and global benefits. As a rapidly growing division within Fidelity, we provide a comprehensive range of services that encompass benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. We primarily partner with Fortune 1000 organizations but also cater to clients of all sizes.

Your Qualifications:

• A.S.A., E.A. or F.S.A., E.A. credentials
• 5-10+ years of experience in pension and/or benefit consulting

Key Skills:

• Deep knowledge of benefit program design, legislative, accounting, and regulatory requirements (ERISA/PPA/IRS/DOL/PBGC/FAS).
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to foster relationships at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and a track record of enhancing client relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated leader with a determination to excel.
• Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in managing client budgets and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your Contribution:

• Advising Chief Financial Officers and Human Resource Officers of mid to large-sized companies on their retirement and other benefit programs.
• Leading and reviewing annual pension valuations and handling projects such as plan terminations, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, amendments, and design.
• Training associates and analysts, fostering their professional development.
• Managing client budgets and expectations, delivering thorough documentation.
• Preparing responses for RFPs and RFIs for new opportunities and engaging in business development meetings as required.
• Collaborating with diverse internal partners to develop and implement effective client solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year, subject to variation based on responsibilities, location, and relevant experience.
