Operations Specialist

We are actively seeking an Operations Specialist to help support our Service Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing service inventory, facilitating product returns, and executing service-related transactions in SAP. Your contributions will help drive operational efficiency and support our commitment to world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute inventory management processes and conduct cycle counts
• Manage material movements and deliveries for capital equipment and spare parts
• Collaborate with the Field Returns team to coordinate inventory movements
• Perform internal material movements both physically and within SAP
• Support service and business functions including repairs, returns management, and logistics
• Resolve inventory and service transaction conflicts
• Maintain accurate records of material history and service transactions
• Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement
• Complete required training and utilize tools to support team excellence

This is a Contract position based out of North Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
