Senior Care Development Representative

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families? We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Care Development Representative to join our team at Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester. Help us expand our reach and impact by building strong relationships with referral partners across Worcester & parts of Middlesex County.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Forge and nurture partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys.
  • Create a steady stream of referrals to support our mission.
  • Generate and manage reports to track our success and growth.
  • Engage in our comprehensive training program to become a senior transition expert.
  • Master our CRM system to monitor your progress and activities.
  • Immerse yourself in our operations by working alongside our dedicated team.

Qualifications We're Looking For :

  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to embrace our company's goals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media savvy.

    • Compensation :

  • $24.50 per hour plus bonus incentives.
  • Weekly gas allowance to keep you on the move.
