Position Summary

The Bandag plant in Griffin has been in operation for over 45 years, producing tread rubber and retreading materials for Bandag dealers. Bandag is a critical piece of Bridgestone dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of premium retread tires. Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Griffin, GA.

Pay :

• Starting pay is $22.28 / hour.
• Automatic pay increases at regular intervals-every 3 to 6 months-and progressing to $27.32 / hour in 24 months.
• Tenure-based pay steps at 5 and 10 years to reward long-term commitment.
• Specialized roles available, offering even higher earning potential up to $30.74 / hour
