Knowledge in principles of infection control, performance improvements, and delegation. Outpatient experience in a multi-specialty practice setting. Navy blue scrubs required.

Location : Brooklyn, NY 11215
Duration : 3 Months
Shift : 10 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm (includes a 30-minute break)

Job Description
We are looking for an LPN / LVN to join our Primary Care team for a 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in infection control, performance improvement, and delegation, along with experience in an outpatient multi-specialty practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical information.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high level of patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
