Family Medicine Program Director Opening | Norton, VA Lead the Family Medicine Residency Program Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Program Director to lead and grow Family Medicine Residency Program in Norton, Virginia. This is an exciting leadership role designed for a physician-educator committed to developing the next generation of Family Medicine physicians while contributing to excellence in patient care and graduate medical education.Role Overview : The Program Director holds responsibility for all aspects of program leadership, including :

• Program administration and operations
• Curriculum development and oversight of resident education
• Supervision, evaluation, promotion, and discipline of residents
• Resident recruitment and selection
• Ensuring scholarly activity within the program
• Fostering an environment that supports resident well-being, patient safety, and high-quality care Qualifications :
• Current certification by the ABFM or AOBFM
• At least 3 years of documented educational and / or administrative experience
• Active medical license and eligibility for medical staff appointment
• Demonstrated ongoing clinical activity
• Proven ability to work within interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams
• Commitment to creating a supportive, high-functioning learning environment
