Three to Five years of business office experience is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great people skills enthusiastic personality Excellent Organizational Skills Attention to Detail Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook). Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 401(k) : Match and employer discretionary contribution. JOB SUMMARY :
The Sales Administration Specialist supports the Sales Team and Sales Administration Team with daily operational tasks.
COMPETENCIES :
- Processing Sales Deals for CAT Rental Store Sales Reps
Receiving and processing sale contracts
Receiving and processing sale contracts
Receiving New Equipment into database (DBS)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and / or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
