What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control protocols, at the location.

Monitor and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or suspicious activity according to established guidelines.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
