Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead technical delivery of AI solutions for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client implementations and pilots, managing end-to-end delivery for new integrations and solution pilots

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and scalable integration rollouts

Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing guidance on system capabilities and integration strategies

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients

Proven ability to project manage and deliver client-facing technical projects end to end

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Strong agile and project management skills

Experience in data integrations with EMR or payor systems is preferred
