We are looking for a front desk agent to join our Team! Our Hilton Garden Inn is moments away from Buffalo airport and many Buffalo attractions. Find us across from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, with a free airport shuttle available 24 / 7 for our guests. The Buffalo Zoo and the University of Buffalo are under eight miles from our hotel. We host many events as our event space can host up to 300 guests. The Hilton Garden Inn has 158 guest rooms / suites and we offer onsite dining at our Garden Grille & Bar where we serve breakfast and dinner. A great stay and a great place to work. The Hilton Garden Inn / Buffalo- Airport is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include :

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in / check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning shift 7 AM-3 PM, Evening Shift 3 PM - 11 PM , weekends needed.

Pay range : $16.50-$17.50
