Compensation :

$112,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to streamline client interactions and transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from peers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
