As a Principal Data and Reporting Programmer you will lead the design development and optimization of advanced data pipelines reporting solutions and Gen AI-powered analytics for clinical research and medical intelligence. You will champion innovation in AI / ML / NLP architect agentic AI frameworks and drive adoption of responsible and explainable AI practices across clinical and operational domains. This role is on-site in Fort Worth Texas and in this role a typical day will include :

• Lead Gen AI and Agentic AI Initiatives : Architect build and productionize autonomous agentic frameworks for clinical data analytics leveraging LLMs LangGraph and dynamic tool / model selection.
• Advanced Data Engineering : Design and maintain scalable cloud-based data pipelines (AWS Glue Lambda Step Functions S3 Athena) for ingestion transformation and validation of large-scale clinical datasets.
• AI-Driven Reporting & Visualization : Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Power BI AWS QuickSight and Gen AI-powered insights for clinical trial monitoring and decision support.
• Automation & Compliance : Automate data validation regulatory compliance checks (GxP HIPAA 21 CFR Part 11) and ensure adherence to clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM ADaM HL7 FHIR).
• Responsible & Explainable AI : Implement responsible AI (RAI) and explainable AI (XAI) standards (AARfAI XAITK LIME) ensuring transparency fairness auditability and traceability in Gen AI solutions.
• Business Alignment & Collaboration : Partner with clinical data managers project leads and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with study requirements and drive adoption through documentation and training.
• Performance Scalability & Cost Optimization : Ensure high performance scalability and cost-effectiveness of AWS-based data and AI solutions optimizing for business impact.
• Version Control & CI / CD : Oversee version control and CI / CD processes for automated pipelines and AI models using Git Bitbucket and AWS CodePipeline.
