Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative, contributing to the nuclear medicine department's goals.
Requirements :
Education : Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
Certifications : RT(N)(ARRT) or CNMT required within 12 months of hire. Preferred : RT(R)(N)(ARRT). BLS certification from the American Red Cross required. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Experience : A minimum of one year of nuclear medicine experience is preferred.
Skills : Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication, ownership of responsibilities, and commitment to compliance and performance improvement initiatives.
