Franciscan Care Center, part of CHI Living Communities, has an opening for an Activities Assistant who will help make every day meaningful for our residents. Our campus thrives on Compassion, Excellence, Inclusion, Integrity, and Collaboration, and we’re looking for someone energetic and caring to bring engagement, creativity, and connection to our faith-based community.

Choose the shift that best suits your schedule!
Day Shift - 9 am-5 pm
Afternoon Shift - 12 pm-8 pm

Part time or Full time.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and assist with individual and group activities that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being
• Support daily, evening, holiday, and weekend activities
• Conduct one-on-one visits with room-bound residents
• Help organize special events and community involvement opportunities
• Complete activity assessments and documentation per regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance resident well-being

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in wellness programs or senior activities is a plus
• Reliability and a genuine love for working with older adults
• Ability to maintain compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
