StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : As soon as possible - ongoing, Clinic and Call

Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Types of Cases : myringotomy, adenoidectomies, tubes / tonsils, airways, tracheostomies

Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days, emergency privileges can be quicker

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications Required :

Licensure Required : must have a Minnesota license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
