[job_card.job_description]Administer general nursing care under the direction of healthcare providers. Prepare patients for examinations, including preliminary physical tests and interviews. Handle chart preparation and point-of-care testing. Administer medications, and injections, and collect lab specimens. Complete prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and medications. Ensure proper follow-up and communication to avoid unnecessary hospital readmissions. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Manage clinical supplies, stock, and exam rooms. Assist in office treatments and examinations. Deliver top-notch customer service for a positive patient experience. Additional duties as assigned by management. New York State LPN license in good standing. (New graduates will also be considered). Proven work experience in a healthcare facility is preferred. Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer proficiency. The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting. When determining pay, several factors will be considered including but not limited to location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, professional credentials, internal equity, and budget.
