Logistics Supervisor - Temporary (6 Months with possible conversion)

Location : Everett, WA 98203

Schedule : Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $37.30 - $55.95 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor (Temporary - 6 Months) to lead daily logistics operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing logistics activities including inventory control, Twin Bin / Kanban monitoring, managing internal customer needs, and prioritizing team activities. The position requires strong leadership, hands-on operational involvement, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and daily support to Logistics team members
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and ensure team priorities are aligned
• Monitor and report Logistics KPIs
• Ensure completion of non-daily activities (cycle counting, expiry monitoring, Kanban replenishment, etc.)
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform hands-on logistics functions including :

Shipping and receiving (piece parts and repairs)
