Dental Office Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Lead daily operations and ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficientlyDeliver an exceptional, high-energy patient experience from check-in to check-outPresent treatment plans confidently with strong knowledge of ADA codes and insurance benefitsSupport new-patient growth through outstanding first impressions and effective follow-upMaintain high patient retention through relationship-based care and problem-solvingCoach and develop front and back office teams to support practice growthPartner with providers to ensure a smooth schedule and strong treatment acceptanceOversee financials including deposits, insurance estimates, and patient balancesEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company protocolsCollaborate with marketing and leadership on strategies to grow the practiceTrack key metrics, including new patients, case acceptance, and schedule utilizationSchedule :
Monday : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PMTuesday : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PMWednesday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PMThursday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PMFriday : 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PMQualifications :
2+ years of dental office management experienceStrong understanding of ADA codes, insurance, and treatment presentationExcellent communication and customer-service skillsConfident, energetic, and passionate about patient careExperience with Dentrix Enterprise or similar software is a plusIf you’re ready to take on a leadership role and help shape the success of a brand-new dental office, we’d love to meet you.
