About the Position Position / Specialty : Pediatric MRI Tech Daily Caseload per tech : varies : Inpatient, ER, and Outpatient Shift : Will work 3x12hr Friday, Saturday & Sundays 6P-730A. Will work holidays if they fall on scheduled shift. Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes, possible to float within other buildings on campus. Floating Req to Sister Facilities : yes Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : 1 year minimum First Timers Accepted : Yes Cert / Lic REQ : BLS, MR (ARRT) Certification / Licenses accepted : ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Pending State License accepted : N / A Experience REQ : Siemens experience Experience Pref : Level 1 Trauma Experience Radiation Badge : NOT REQUIRED Misc. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager / units needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility : Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma : Magnet, Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds : 865 Scrub Color : Teal top, black bottom Charting : Epic Parking Cost : Nights and weekends cost only. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year.
