[job_card.job_description]Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity. License to practice law in Commonwealth of Kentucky preferred. A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Established book of business valued at $200K or more. Experience with business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and / or creditors’ rights helpful. Strong client management and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community. Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs. Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel. Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination. Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time Communication skills.
