Data Analytics Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented Data & Analytics Manager to guide a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers in producing actionable insights that support key decision-making. This position is perfect for someone who thrives where engineering, data, and business meet—an individual who is passionate about shaping strategy through insights rather than simply processing numbers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous learning.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE :

• Team Leadership and Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 BI developers / analysts / data engineers.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and business impact.
• Build relationships across departments to maximize collaboration and insights-sharing.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand key business drivers and recommend actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives that support decisions around sales, pricing, profitability, and strategy.
• Strategic Insight & Communication
• Present analysis to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way.
• Make recommendations that are rooted in business understanding, not just data output.
• Act as a trusted advisor by connecting analytics to strategic business priorities.
• Process Improvement and Technical Excellence
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes and lead the effort to streamline and automate.
• Leverage technical skills to improve scalability and efficiency of the team’s output.
