We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine. We are looking for a 1st shift Service Advisor for our Truck Shop. This position handles the day to day supervision of shift operations and technicians. We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude; detail oriented; willing to jump in and help out where needed; and strong computer skills with a great work ethic. WAGE : $28- $38+hr (varies based on skillset and experience)

The essential duties include :

• Provide leadership and direction to the technicians
• Evaluate technician’s skillset and provide training as needed
• Assist technicians in locating parts / job related issues
• Schedule shift work
• Call in customer repairs and approvals / unit updates
• Organize shift with parts to pick up and vehicles for repair
• Create estimate (if needed) and invoice repair orders in a timely manner
• Related activities that promote the goals of the Organization

Blaine Brothers has a second location in Scanlon (Cloquet), Minnesota. This facility offers the same parts and service you depend on at our Minneapolis location.

Blaine Brothers Clearwater, Minnesota location is the newest facility to service the growing needs of our clients. Located off Interstate 94 at Highway 24 (Exit 178), we are minutes from Saint Cloud. Our Clearwater location offers complete truck and trailer service and towing. Blaine Brothers TRUCKALINE offers complete frame, suspension and alignment services.
