About the Role

This is an important role at an exciting moment in SafetyCulture's journey. As we continue to scale globally and focus on sustainable, high-performance growth, we're looking for a leader to shape and deliver a world-class talent strategy ensuring we have the people, capabilities, and culture to power our next chapter. The Global Head of Talent will bring this strategy to life, designing how we attract, assess, and grow the exceptional people who make our mission possible.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll lead a talented, global Talent Acquisition team across APAC, EMEA, and North America, partnering closely with senior leaders to drive hiring excellence, strategic workforce planning, and long-term talent development.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Build and deliver a global talent strategy that enables SafetyCulture's next stage of growth and capability building.
• Lead and inspire a distributed team of TA leaders and senior partners to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes worldwide.
• Oversee executive and strategic hiring, ensuring diversity, capability, and speed remain central to every decision.
• Partner with business leaders to define future skills, develop career pathways, and strengthen internal mobility.
• Elevate our employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our purpose and culture.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform strategy, track impact, and continuously improve how we hire.
• Enable hiring managers through structured training, tools, and coaching to raise the hiring bar across the business.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance to drive strategic workforce planning and forecasting.
• Optimise systems and tools to enable global scale, consistency, and efficiency.
