Experienced Batting Insulation Installer

Banker Insulation  in Chandler, AZ is looking to hire dedicated and responsible full-time Batting Insulation Installers to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits :

This position earns a competitive incentive-based wage of $15 - $25 per hour based on the number of materials installed. We provide exceptional benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, and life insurance (all benefits start after 30 days), PTO and holiday pay (also after 30 days), 401k match, and a profit-sharing program.

Key Responsibilities

Load equipment and materials and travel to assigned job sites

Prepare job sites for safe and efficient installation

Perform air infiltration detailing and hand-install batting insulation using envelope theory

Install caulk, foam, stops, chutes, and blockers as required

Maintain job site cleanliness and properly secure equipment after completion

Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and other trades

Qualifications

Ability to pass a pulmonary and respiratory physical

Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Construction experience preferred; knowledge of insulation blowing machines is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time insulation installation position typically works a range of 40-55 hours per week.
