What You'll Do
This role is ideal for someone ready to take a step beyond training to help drive business growth alongside the owner.

• Deliver personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to clients of all fitness levels and goals, including those with intellectual and physical disabilities
• Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App based on client needs and preferences, demonstrating a commitment to client progression
• Ensure client safety, provide consistent motivation and support the client fitness journey with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, health habits and sustainable lifestyle practices
• Conduct reassessments to measure progress and promote renewals through demonstrated results
• Manage appointments and schedules using the GYMGUYZ scheduling app, maintaining punctuality, accountability and clear communication
• Communicate regularly about client milestones, challenges and contract renewals
• Travel to client locations throughout San Fernando Valley while maintaining GYMGUYZ brand standards
• Participate in periodic team meetings and assist with marketing, community events and outreach initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification, e.g. NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM *REQUIRED
• Current CPR/AED certification *REQUIRED
• Experience in adaptive fitness strongly preferred; confident working with seniors, those recovering from injury and/or clients with adaptive needs
• Background in physical therapy, occupational therapy or clinical fitness setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic, engaging presence
• Ability to commute to client sessions; most sessions are within a 30-minute travel radius. Mileage beyond that may be eligible for reimbursement at management's discretion
• Collaborative, mature and dependable team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment
• Willingness to travel within San Fernando Valley; preference given to candidates living near the 405/101 interchange

Compensation: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
