Welcome to Love's : This position is responsible for managing product and inventory workflows within WMS and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with departmental and store-level requirements.

Job Functions :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service and timely delivery
• Create, process, and track purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedure
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records to prevent shortages or excess
• Manage invoices, maintain records, and handle general administrative tasks
• Ensure procurement activities follow internal policies and external regulations; keep documentation audit-ready
• Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to resolve procurement and billing issues
