Senior Corporate Paralegal for their Peninsula office. This group has very low turnover so this is a rare opportunity!
Hybrid schedule is 4 days in office and 1 remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support corporate entity lifecycle, including formation, maintenance, dissolution, and related documentation.
- Coordinate transaction closings, prepare legal opinions, and handle securities and Blue Sky filings.
- Maintain corporate records, conduct due diligence, and manage capitalization tables and stock certificates.
- Draft and file corporate and regulatory documents in connection with M&A, private equity, and public company matters.
- Train and mentor junior paralegals and case assistants as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of transactional experience, ideally in private equity, M&A, and Capital Markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Carta or Shareworks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Salary: Up to 170K. Flexibility possible depending on experience.
