Portland, OR area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Senior Project Manager or Project Executive within commercial large-scale construction and renovations that can bring their rockstar personality to the team. Great company to work with that has a excellent growth opportunities in the local Phoenix, AZ area. Projects focus on Commercial, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Data Center, Industrial and giving back to the community!

Qualifications:

New Construction / large scale projects with confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish
9+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Senior Project Manager or Project Executive
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged, overseeing teams
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Large project experience a plus, $30m+ but also looking for those that are the "key difference makers"
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Multifamily, Industrial experience is all preferred!
