Job Purpose
The Office Administrator provides front desk, telephone, and administrative support to the Corporate - Support Office in Tampa, Florida. The duties combine receptionist work with broader administrative responsibilities, playing a crucial role in the support office operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet employees and visitors.
- Maintain corporate office security by following safety protocols and controlling access through the front door.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls; listen to operator voice mail and route calls to the appropriate person.
- Accept and journal receipt of packages and distribute faxes and packages to the appropriate individuals.
- Schedule conference rooms in Outlook calendar.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Receive and forward daily mail.
- Assist traveling employees with travel accommodations and complete Credit Card Authorization forms.
- Manage inventory of supplies for the corporate office and order supplies.
- Ensure the corporate kitchen is organized and stocked.
- Manage birthday and anniversary lists of corporate employees and order supplies for anniversary celebrations.
- Update office manager spreadsheets, office address lists, cell phone lists, and extension lists.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to multi?task and manage several projects at one time.Ability to work in a fast?paced environment.Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.One to two years of clerical experience, including organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level.Experience with a multi?line phone system.Intermediate skill level in Outlook, Word, and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
