Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights through financial modeling, performance analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and strategic support to business units, helping drive performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc. to support business needs.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting insights.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports, including revenue, margin, labor, and cost analysis.
• Conduct month-end critiques and participate in Finance and Accounting meetings to share insights and recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, including capital expenditure requests (CER), pricing realization tracking, inventory movement, and scenario modeling.
• Perform benefit tracking on special projects across Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, etc.
• Assist in preparing financial projections, scenario analyses, and weekly close processes.
• Support all functions of the business in identifying risks and opportunities across departments.
• Continuously improve methods for tracking and visualizing financial performance.
