- Compensation : Starting at $43 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.Create individualized therapy plans and goals tailored to each student's needs.Deliver direct therapy services to students targeting key areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills.Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support students' communication objectives.Utilize evidence-based practices and engaging activities during therapy sessions to enhance speech and language development.Monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to facilitate the best outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insight regarding students' speech and language needs.Additional Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience in providing speech-language therapy services in schools or pediatric environments.Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic strategies commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educators.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology in therapy is a plus.Benefits :
