Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Closing Manager to

oversee the daily operations of the Credit Services team. This role ensures the efficient

preparation, review, and completion of commercial loan documentation while maintaining

compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a

fast-paced lending environment and has a deep understanding of commercial loan products,

legal documentation, and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Credit Services team, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee preparation, review, and finalization of commercial loan documentation, including C&I, CRE, and SBA loans.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Review title policies, collateral evaluations, and vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OCC, federal, and state lending regulations, and coordinate audit requests and processes as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics related to speed, accuracy, quality, and customer service, and implement process improvements as needed.
• Establish and enforce internal control and quality assurance procedures to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members, ensuring clear understanding of roles, goals, and expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including lending officers, underwriting, legal, and compliance, to facilitate seamless loan closings.
