A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead divisional recruitment efforts for loan officer candidates, ensuring performance metrics are met
Report weekly activity to leadership and participate in bi-weekly review calls
Identify gaps in the recruiting funnel and implement strategies to enhance candidate conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in sales or financial services
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Familiarity with CRM and reporting data management
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and operations teams
Experience in driving social media engagement for recruitment purposes
