Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and mission-driven Engineering Manager to join the Instant Cash team. Our Instant Cash product has tremendous traction in helping low-income Americans who struggle to make ends meet. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional product team (Product managers, designers, researchers, data scientists, business operations) to ship innovative and incredible product experiences at scale. This person will be responsible for bringing out the best in their team of engineers. You will coach individuals and set (and remove) processes to help teams operate efficiently. You'll mentor, share feedback, guide careers, and create an inclusive environment where people can do their best work.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $180,000 - $230,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
