SUMMARY :

The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing accurate invoices, tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and collecting outstanding invoices, while delivering excellent customer service with each interaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for the day-to-day tasks of client billing and account collection.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure billing is calculated accurately for client invoices.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
• Collect on outstanding invoices.
• Deposit all physical checks received at the corporate office.
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and other office tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
• Always respect client and neutral confidentiality.
• Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement; share customer feedback so that services can be improved.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
