Apple Pediatrics-Bodhi Medical Care LLC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part our stellar healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses and other health issues
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms
• Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones
• Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests
• Monitoring and operating medical equipment
• Prescribing medications and non-pharmacologic treatments
• Coordinating care
• Counseling
• Educating patients, their families and communities.

Qualifications :

We have 4 offices located in Manhattan. Our main office is located on the Upper East Side.

We are looking for someone who is available part-time (approx.16-20 hours per week). The schedule would be afternoons / evenings at least 1 day weekday from the hours of 12pm until 8pm, as well as availability at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Salary is competitive and commiserate with experience. It is also a benefited position.
