HEAD OF PROCUREMENT

Outstanding opportunity for a Head of Procurement to join our leading Oil & Gas client at their HQ in Houston on a permanent basis.

As Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of procurement activities within the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to operations, while adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and maximise value.

To be considered, applicants must have the following :

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

– Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector

– proven track record of successfully leading procurement teams and implementing strategic initiatives

– solid understanding of best practices, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies
