A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive their Consultant Program in the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for executive-level stakeholders and lead consultants at partner organizations
Drive qualified opportunities from Consultant Partners to the Sales team and implement strategic plans for consistent referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to leverage relationships and enhance the sales process and renewal experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in employer healthcare benefit consulting or partnerships / sales in the vendor space
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being
Proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships and meeting sales goals
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills with large strategic partners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
