[job_card.job_description]Manages delivery of the program scope objectives and success metrics Oversees timeline quality and operations; Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline Demand Management Manage the E2E Demand intake process for website migration development and subsequent maintenance Stakeholder management Monitor internal delivery and manage external stakeholders / agencies Finance Management Budgeting forecasting and managing the overall portfolio finances incoming and outgoing PO creation etc Resource and Capacity Planning based on the roadmap for the different functional areas / groups Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level understands and manages critical path key dependencies Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward Drives resolution of risks issues and decisions and escalates to governance forums as necessary Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans; Establishes approach tools and templates to support program execution Create project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities assignments and roles Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach : verbal emails and instant messages Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Provides regular updates proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to lead and motivate others; Strong analytical and multitasking skills Ability to work well in a team environment; Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices Ideate Phase Project Investment Briefs Initiate Phase Strategy and Approach Decks Business Value Case Cost Tracker Risk Profile and Assessment Resource Sourcing Strategy Program Collaboration Tools Strategy Concept Acceptance Decks Planning Phase Program Charter Jira Initiatives Epics and Stories Project Plan (detailed and high-level) Cost and Benefits Tracker Resource Plan Hiring Status Dashboard Resource Allocation Master and Status Dashboard Project Plan Commit Deck Execution Phase Status Reports Success Metrics Log Entries RAID log Entries Change log Entries Escalation Procedure Team Building Exercises Team Recognition Transition to Support Deck Close Phase Warranty Period Agreement Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned
We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager with above mentioned App Dev or Digital Web Experience as a Primary Skills to join our dynamic team who are at the forefront of enabling enterprises in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical sectors. The ideal candidate should be passionate about project management and in building product for our customers. Effectively Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and customer to build code leveraging or building low level design documents aligning to standard coding principles and guidelines.
Skills / Experience
- 7 Years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for App Dev or Digital / Web project Experience and Development programs
- 6 years of experience in creating project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management
- Program / Project management experience using a formal methodology including Waterfall or Agile / Scrum
- Advanced skills in Web Experience Development / Sitecore Microsoft SharePoint JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
- Prior experience in working on Agile / Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience

This Program Manager will be expected to bring success to every initiative and program her or his team tackles. By coordinating broader business strategy initiating planning executing and monitoring they are vital in the support of their team as they achieve their overarching objectives.
