Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and handling communications
Manage case progress by coordinating with defense attorneys, claims adjusters, and other involved parties
Track case milestones and maintain organized case files while ensuring timely responses and workflow
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a paralegal in applicant-side workers' compensation
Deep knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws and procedures
Strong background in case management and client communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficiency in case management software (e.g., MerusCase, Clio, MyCase or similar platforms)
