Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge () is seeking a Board-Certified FM Physician to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Northridge, CA . • Full-time outpatient Family Medicine Physician position

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance

• Salary Range: $250,000 - 280,000 annually + productivity incentives

• Sign on Bonus up to $125k

• Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
