The Role

Own full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure) and select corporate positions (finance, legal). Source, screen, coordinate, close, and ensure every hire raises the bar. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of People and Culture.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies : LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, team member referrals, events as applicable, AI, and direct outreach.
• Run end-to-end interview processes : initial screens, debriefs, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding handoff.
• Maintain a relentless candidate experiencefast response times, transparent communication, thoughtful rejection.
• Track pipeline metrics in ATS (we use Lever), surface bottlenecks, and iterate process weekly.
• Participate in ATS conversion early next year.
• Host regular hiring manager syncs to align on priorities and calibrate on quality and speed of impact.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain consistent funnel data movement and visibility across all teams, and quality of hire metric assistance.
