A Pediatric Intensivist Physician will provide care in an inpatient setting, covering PICU and floor patients with a focus on managing 3-5 patients per shift. The role requires a Texas medical license, board eligibility, and certifications in ABLS, BLS, and PALS. Candidates will be compensated competitively at $3000 per shift plus additional callback rates for on-call duties.

  • Inpatient Setting
  • On-going Need
  • 24 / hr Call Shifts
  • Dates Established from May to August, with more to come

Candidate Requirements :

  • Active TX licensure only
  • Minimum Board Status : Board Eligible
  • Required Certifications : ABLS, BLS, PALS

    • Job / Practice Description :

  • 3-5 patients per shift
  • 5 beds in department
  • Locum expected to cover PICU and floor patients (Includes sedations)
  • Standard PICU procedures required
  • Call Details : 20 minute response time (3-7 patients seen - Including 2-3 admissions)

    • Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $3000 / shift + $400 / hr (Callback) .
